Veteran's Breakfast

Because community doesn’t end when service does.

A place to connect, share, and support each other, because community doesn’t end when service does.

Our Veterans Breakfast brings together ex-service men and women from across Chorley for good food, great company, and a strong sense of belonging. Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, this project is designed to give veterans a regular space to come together, socialise, and stay connected to the wider community.

What It’s All About

Transitioning from military life can sometimes feel isolating — but you’re never alone. The Veterans Breakfast provides a welcoming environment where you can chat with people who understand, share experiences, and offer support to one another.

It’s not just a place to eat breakfast. It’s a place to rebuild camaraderie, spark new friendships, and have a voice in shaping what happens next for Chorley’s veteran community.

A Voice for Veterans

The group meets once a month to talk about ideas, design activities, and plan opportunities for other veterans to get involved from coffee mornings and walks to social trips and community projects.

Everything we do is led by the veterans themselves, ensuring the activities reflect what matters most to those who’ve served.
