Every session is run by volunteers who’ve been there themselves and understand the power of sharing experiences. Whether you’re struggling, feeling low, or just need a place to talk, this is a community that listens.

You don’t need to register or bring anything — just turn up. You’ll be met with a friendly face and a brew, and you can join the conversation at your own pace.
